Unit 10 Final Assignment
Students are not responsible for any content this Unit. Rather, Unit 10 represents the end of this course and students are responsible for completing, and submitting, their final assignment.
Throughout the course, we have investigated the many facets of Results-Based Leadership. Now that we have reached the end of the course, it is time to apply your understanding of everything that has been covered.
This final assignment will require you to complete an assessment of your organization’s accountability for results, based on principles and knowledge gained throughout course. In your studies, you were exposed to a results-based TSL model, along with several detailed methodologies for implementation (Demonstrating Value, Results Accountability, and the Balanced Scorecard), and impacted by information encouraging movement towards shared value in your results-based leadership practice. As you develop your final submission, feel free to add other measures regarding issues you have significant personal knowledge of (linked to class material) and can define the audience focus on for writing your assignment.
